Two weeks after her rescue, Tipsy had learned to walk, and at that time, there was no indication of any underlying issues.

As she progressed to about three weeks old, she started experimenting with solid foods, showing promising signs of development.

However, her caregivers soon noticed a troubling change. Despite initially walking normally, Tipsy began to drag her rear legs, only retaining marginal sensation and motor control.

Diagnostic X-rays revealed a worrying spinal condition, characterized by a loss of vertebral structure and bone density at a specific part of her thoracic spine.

No injury had been observed, leading a neurologist to conclude that Tipsy’s condition was likely congenital.
